FORGIVING SOURDOUGH is my 10 year proven self -developed recipe.
We will study the sourdough bread making process which devours gluten leaving you and yours free from digestive issue.
We will explore many grains, grind them and knead the flours up in to a dough to make delicious bread that you will bake at home.
We will also make butter and cream cheese !
