Dear Families,
As the earth and air are cooling in this autumn time so near,
we too come closer in this contracting time of year.
What to bring for playgroup?
Slippers/shoes, hats for warm feet and heads
A wee something healthy to share at morning tea.
Our Thursday – Tuesday playgroup welcomes you:
A spot of herb tea then a gracious morning circle, holding hands together under the sky so high.
Into the playroom we prance, for a story the puppets gift for our glance.
Washing our hands, and creating with dough.
Now some inside play before a scrumptious shared Morning tea like so.
The Dusty Gnome leads us to ‘clean our home’, before we scamper out to the welcoming gardens for a play-filled roam.
(Adult centred activities abound, with supportive discussions on pertinent child – centred issues of the day.)
Our joyous closing circle signals
warm home-made bread and fragrant sphagni oil to bless us on our way.
“Slowly, slowly, very slowly slides the little snail, then quickly, quickly, very quickly runs the little mouse.”
See you soon,
Sandra
So creative my dear old friend Sandra! Love you!
